Whether it’s creating stunning and authentic looks for actors, sports personalities, musicians, and celebrities or ensuring accurate representation of diverse communities, we’re committed to making it happen. What sets us apart is our unique team of hair stylists, makeup artists and those who can do both and excel in working with all skin tones and hair textures – from Caucasian to black skin and straight to curly to afro hair textures. To fashion stylists, and costume designers and assistants who can authentically represent any era as well as make cultural adaptations to clothes and styling. They ensure we can meet the requirements and needs of our clients with precision and creativity.
TMA was born out of a need for better representation in hair, makeup, fashion styling, and costume provision for people of colour in film and TV. Our mission is to break down barriers and empower individuals to advance in the industry, raising the bar for diversity and inclusion on-screen. But our commitment doesn’t end there. We’re passionate about nurturing aspiring and emerging talent through mentorship and access to exclusive job opportunities. Through our extensive network of clients and partners and trainee programme, we’re paving the way for a more inclusive and representative future in film, TV, and entertainment.
